MSN6.0 VS Kernel32.DLL

i have Win ME and i downloaded MSN 6.0..after installation completed I tried to use MSN but I got this message: Msngr has caused an error in Kernel32.DLL,try retarting ur computer and if problem persists, contact administrator.....i tried everything but I still get the above message and cant use the MSN....What Should I do?!

i think u should get the ME MSn from msn web site if u wanna it its down;) ;) ;) ;)
