لعام 2005 ستخضع لومينا كومودر لبعض التعديلات أبرزها المحرك الجديد 3.6 ليتر والذي يتوفر بنوعين الأول بقوة 255 حصان والأخر بقوة 235 حصان متصل بعلبة تروس اوتوماتيكية من 5 سرعات اكتيف سيليكت ( أتوقع تيبترونيك)
