still i need help

dear computer
i am really thanks that u answer me back ,but sadly i could't do the change cause i found the 1st thing u told me which is the controlboard and when i click it لاhing come because u
told me i should find the keyboard after that.
so if u don't mind to explane more ,how can i get the
keyboard to continue the process.
i will appreciate

Click the Start button....point to Settings .... and then click Control Panel

....In control panel ...click the keyboard icon

....Click the language tab

In the Language list ... Check if Arabic lang. is supported
....if (لا)
.... click the add button
Choose the arabic language ..... and then click OK....
